| Step 1: Register your details |
* To start the registration click the link Create a new registration
* To register you need a unique email address...this becomes your login name
* Fill in your name, contact details, rally details and options
* Enter a password, so that in the future you can log in again using your email address and password
* Once your details are registered you will receive an email confirming the first part of the registration process is complete. |
| Step 2: Select packages and events |
* From the packages and events list in the top left box, select either Rally Package or Events
* From the list of packages or events available select one by clicking on the Select button
* After each selection you will see a list of all the items you have selected so far; update quantities or delete items you no longer want |
| Step 3: Select accommodation |
* From the packages and events list in the top left box, select Accommodation
* If you are staying at Rally HQ for the four nights of the rally AND there are special price packages still available, click on the name of the special package
* If you are staying at Rally HQ and the special price packages are sold out, or you have selected a special package but also want to stay additional nights before or after the four nights of the rally, click on the name of the standard package
* For each selection you will need to specify the room type and if a room with a view is required
* For the special package a quantity of 1 is one package of four nights
* For the standard package a quantity of 1 is one night |
| 4: Select South West Tour |
* From the packages and events list in the top left box, select South West Tour
* Click on the name of the tour
* Specify the room type |
| Step 5: Make your payment |
* From the page showing the list of selections you have made, click on the Payment Desk button
* Proceed through the selection confirmation screens and select a payment method
* After you have selected your preferred method - cheque, direct deposit or credit card - you will receive an email detailing your selections and the details of the rally bank account or mailing details
* For credit card payments, we will contact you on the next working day to request your credit card details and process your payment. |
